URS Project Registration

Step 1: Fill in Google Form

Step 2: Received confirmation email

You will received confirmation email from IPSR on the successful of your project registration.

Step 3: Notify students

Proceed to inform students on the availability of the URS projects

Step 4: Student registration

You will received URS application form from students from IPSR. 

Step 5: Fill in the application form

Researcher/PI meets with URS students and fill in Part B until Part E of the application form.

Step 6: Registration completed

Send the completed form to shahida@utar.edu.my. Students will be notified via email on the their status

Step 2: Received confirmation email

You will received confirmation email from IPSR on the successful/unsuccessful of your URS application.

Step 3: Monthly progress report

To submit monthly progress report to IPSR by the 20th of the calendar month.

Step 4: Attend other URS components

To attend all necessary modules needed to complete the URS.

Step 5: Final report

Once all modules are completed, submit the final report to IPSR for checking.

Step 5: Certificate collection

URS Certificates will be given out to students during convocation ceremony.
