| Job Description | the aim of this study is to develop a natural cosmetic formulation in the form of lotion formulation containing rice bran bioactive-rich fraction and rice bran oil gel cream by evaluating its physicochemical characteristics, preliminary storage stability, biological activities (antioxidant, anti-tyrosinase and anti-aging), in vitro cytotoxicity (on normal human dermal fibroblast and B16F10 melanoma cells) and melanogenesis assay (intracellular tyrosinase activity and reduction of melanin production). |
