| Job Description | Carry out content analysis, design, pilot test questionnaire, interview respondents from flood hazard planners and community leaders, use Gephi social network software to analyze inter-organizational collaboration networks, analyze the data, consolidate Gephi results with interviews and propose a framework of stakeholder engagement in flood mitigation networks
