||PhD: RM2000+UTAR Top-up Scheme (up to 36months); Master: RM1500+UTAR Top-up scheme (up to 24months)(Full Tuition Fee Scholarship for candidate with CGPA: 3.5000 and above T&C applies;)
||Hold Masters Degree in Environmental Science/technology/engineering or other environmental related subject.
|Specific Skills / Knowledge Required:
||Strong background in environmental sciences, chemistry or other environmental related. PhD research is expected to demonstrate that organic amendments would be effective in chelating and immobilizing heavy metals in soil. Moreover, the natural organic amendments would be proved to held great application potentials for reducing metal ions entry into the food chain at a field scale.
- To carry out experimental research and operate, maintain and obtain data
- To record, analyse and write up the results of these experiments.
- To contribute to the drafting and submitting of papers to peer reviewed journals.
- To contribute to the preparation of progress reports on research for funding bodies as required.
