January - March 2018
  • Prof. Edwin has no plan to visit Malaysia at year 2018. However, Prof Edwin agreed to be external examiner for postgraduate student.
October - December 2017
  • Prof. Edwin visited to UTAR on 30 Oct 2017 as external examiner to Mechatronics department and as ICP of UTAR. During his visit, LKC FES has arranged a meeting dialoque session to share about research and collaboration.
July - September 2017
  • Visit to UTAR on 30 Oct 2017 is confirmed. Three days have been arranged for Prof. Edwin. Two days as external examiner for MH program and one day as ICP. One technical talk will be given by Prof. Edwin. * His father was passed away early Sept 2017. Will talk with him if any changes of his schedules are required.
April - June 2017
  • Visit to UTAR on 30 Oct 2017 is confirmed. Three days have been arranged for Prof. Edwin. Two days as external examiner for MH program and one day as ICP. One technical talk will be given by Prof. Edwin.
January - March 2017
  • No direct meeting for the past 3 months. However, Prof. Ewin has been very busy recently. Still waiting for his confirmation whether he is able to visit UTAR for the year 2017.
October - December 2016
  • The appointment as UTAR ICP has been nenewed for another two years. Over a short discussion with Prof, Edwin, and he is still not sure to visit UTAR on year 2017.
July - September 2016
  • Regular contact through Skype and email. However, no activity for the past three moths.
January - March 2016
  • Based on the commucation with Prof. Edwin via email. This year, Prof. Edwin has no plan to visit UTAR. Will follow up closely if he comes to Malaysia.

  • No activity for the past two months. However, will follow up with his schedule if Prof. Edwin are coming back to Malaysia on year 2016

  • Sucessfully completed a task as external examiner for one of the postgraduate student. Will continue to follow up with his next schedule where he plans to visit Malaysia.

  • Agreed to be the external examiner for a postgraduate student. A copy of dessertation has been dispatch to him for evaluation.

  • Prof.Edwin agreed to be the Postgraduate student external examiner. Have plan with him if he return to Malaysia this year. He will come to visit UTAR and deliver a talk.

  • Meeting with him during his return from US to Malaysia. Have a short discussion with him and has requested him to be the external examiner for postgraduate student. He also agreed to deliver a technical talk if he managed to visit Malaysia again somewhere around May/Jun 2015
